What does it look like in adults?

A résumé of brilliant starts. Exhaustion from compensating all the time. Great at the hard things and unable to do the easy ones: email, forms, dishes. Diagnosis often comes late, in the thirties or forties, and often right after their own kid gets diagnosed. Relief comes first, then grief.
